The commercial relations between ALL YOU NEED EXPRESS IT SRLS and customers are exclusively governed by the following general terms and conditions of sale, excluding any other agreements unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Purchases on our website are reserved for:

COMPANIES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND HOLDERS OF A VAT NUMBER OR NUMERIC TAX CODE (WE DO NOT SELL TO PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS).

If you are a reseller of personalized gadgets, please contact us before placing an order. We will provide you with a special price based on the product, quantity, and type of customization.

PRICES

The displayed prices are valid only for online purchases with advance payment.
Orders placed online will have absolute priority.

PRINT PREVIEW CREATION

You can create your own print draft for personalized gadgets independently.
However, our experts will always review the draft to verify:

  • The quality of the uploaded graphic file;
  • The print outcome and feasibility based on the provided logo, customization technique, and selected colors.

WE WILL ALWAYS SEND YOU A FINAL DRAFT FOR APPROVAL.

PAYMENTS

Accepted payment methods include Credit Card, PayPal (which accepts all credit cards even without a PayPal account), and bank transfer in advance.
There are no additional fees for these payment methods.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized merchandise (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
Even for non-customized products, the right of withdrawal is not provided. If you are unsure about the product, we recommend ordering a sample.

WARRANTY

Articles 1490 and following of the Italian Civil Code (Warranty for defects in sold goods).

The seller guarantees that for one year from delivery, the sold goods will be free from defects that make them unsuitable for their intended use or significantly reduce their value.
The customer loses the right to warranty if defects are not reported to the seller within eight days of their discovery.

THE CUSTOMER DECLARES UPON REGISTRATION:

  • To have all rights for use, transfer, and dissemination of any texts, images, or logos sent to ALL YOU NEED EXPRESS IT SRLS for product customization.
  • That the content being printed does not infringe third-party rights and does not violate Italian laws.
  • To unconditionally release ALL YOU NEED EXPRESS IT SRLS – Via Enrico Albanese 34, Rome, VAT 14607961001 from any liability in case of legal claims related to the above-mentioned rights.

Once the print draft is approved and accepted, ALL YOU NEED EXPRESS IT SRLS assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions not identified by the customer.
No complaints will be accepted once the merchandise has been printed, as long as it matches the approved draft.

DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

Shipping is free within Italy for orders over €97 (excluding VAT).

Estimated delivery time is 7-9 business days, starting from the acceptance of the print draft and receipt of payment.
If you have a strict deadline or require the merchandise sooner, please contact us before placing your order.

If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please contact us before ordering.
In any case, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to courier strikes or logistical issues.

We deliver to Italy and European Union (EU) countries.
However, for EU countries, shipping costs are excluded and will be calculated based on the products and destination country.
