Will I receive a draft to see how the print will look?

Yes, after receiving your order, we always prepare a graphic draft that you must approve.
Only after your approval do we proceed with the printing of your customized gadgets.

In what format should I upload my logo?

For the best print quality, a vector file is ideal.
If you don’t have a vector file, no worries – we offer free vectorization for our customers!
Just send us the file you have, and we’ll take care of the rest to ensure the highest print quality.

Since we do not use automatic conversion software, order processing might be delayed by a few hours depending on the complexity of the logo.

The vector file we create will be stored in our archive and used for all your future orders. If you prefer, you can purchase and receive the vector file immediately.

How can I pay?

We accept payments via:

• All credit/debit cards via PayPal and Stripe

What are the printing and shipping times?

It depends on the product and quantity. On average, delivery for all products available in stock is within 7 business days from draft approval and payment receipt.
